The Gem Story experience is tailored to the clients individual needs, so everyone gets to write their own story! After Chapter 1 with Shiv our world class astrologer, you are welcome to pick and choose which parts of our suggested itinerary you would like to include in your tour, which can be booked for either half a day [ 4 hours] or a whole day [ 8 hours).
Timings are flexible so we can assist you to easily fit this unmissable experience into your wider travelling schedule.

Chapter 1
ASTROLOGY
Our expert astrologer Shiv will fascinate you with a talk on Indian Vedic Astrology. Afterwards you will participate in an individual horoscope and palm reading session, including personal gemstone recommendations, revealing your own unique Gem Story!
Chapter 2
STREET FOOD
A visit to a local street food vendor selling the best samosas (an Indian vegetarian snack) in all of Jaipur! Want to try more delicious streetfood? Then our rickshaw will take you onwards to watch the most popular of Indian sweets called jalebis being made and of course, sampled!

Chapter 3
ARCHITECTURE
You are invited to tell us which of Jaipur's world famous sights you would like to see.....perhaps Hawa Mahal the stunning Palace of Winds, or the ancient and imposing Amber Fort. Or City Palace of Jaipur? History, art, beauty and culture are interwoven in these architectural masterpieces, ensuring stunning photo opportunities and memories for a lifetime.

GEMSTONES
Learn about all things bright and beautiful in the wonderful world of gems! Jaipur is a city famous for its jewellery industry and you will get to glimpse behind the scenes with a wander through the jewellery and gem wholesaling district. Full of tiny shops crammed floor to ceiling with every type of gemstone and crystal you can imagine, where buyers from around the world flock to buy their stock.
Our trusted Gemologist's decades of experience and knowledge will fascinate you, whether you are a dedicated gem enthusiast, confirmed jewellery addict or simply an interested visitor to Jaipur's world famous industry.

Chapter 5
YOGA
A 1 hour yoga lesson with one of India's rare female Yogis. Learn from an authentic, highly skilled expert in India's ancient yogic tradition, unifying mind, body and spirit. This is a wonderful opportunity to experience authentic yoga, whilst supporting a local woman in business. Highly recommended!

Chapter 6
​DINNER WITH ART AND MUSIC
Finish your day with dinner in a hidden gem of a restaurant, tucked away in the back streets of a little known area of Jaipur. This charming, family owned roof top restaurant, is hand painted by local artisans and has stunning views over Jaipur.
Choose from delicious Rajastani or world cuisine and perhaps relax with a cocktail whilst enjoying the atmospheric traditional live tabla music.
And don't forget to see the unbelievable wall painting of Mona Lisa wearing traditional Rajastani dress and jewellery...a perfect photo opportunity and the perfect way to end your Gemstory adventure!

Things to know
Pick Up and Drop Off
We are happy to pick you up and drop you off to locations of your choice within Jaipur city limits. Transport is via local rickshaws, which is a fantastic way to experience Jaipur. (A/C taxis can be arranged at an additional cost).

Horoscope Readings
Additional information is required in advance for horoscope readings. You will need to provide your full name, place, date and time of birth. You will receive a full printed copy of your Vedic Astrological chart and personalised gemstone recommendations. A palm reading session will also be given to those who wish.
